Later “Estancia La Porteña” will be waiting for you just 10 minutes from San Antonio de Areco! Founded in 1822, is the Estancia of the writer Ricardo Güiraldes and was declared a National Historical Monument. It’s chosen among “The 1,000 Places to See Before You Die” (by Traveler’s Life List by Patricia Schultz) (www.laporteniadeareco.com.ar You will enjoy some delicious empanadas, a typical Argentine barbecue with a variety of cuts, salads and grilled vegetables, accompanied by drinks and wines from Argentine wineries (no additional cost). And finally, tea / mate time with homemade pastries and cakes to enjoy.
